- Customized suits in small, medium, and large sizes are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are tailored to your selected size.
- However, if there is a defect or an error in the customization on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or adjustment.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. This includes:
- The order invoice or confirmation email.
- Screenshots of purchase receipts from social media if applicable.

To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
